Hello, I’m Mark-Odean, a leadership consultant based in the Caribbean.

I’ve been meaning to launch a podcast for a while now.

Amidst my crazy universe, I haven’t quite hit the mark. So I thought, why not just talk about what’s on my mind each week? That’s really a modest effort, but I truly believe that starting is one of the most powerful actions we can take. So here goes.

What will I talk about? Well, in my work, I get to help visionaries organize for success. That’s transforming their ideas into winning strategies and seeing implementations through to impactful outcomes. I’m fascinated with work-life, business, and leadership in the Caribbean.

My company, Visio, is focused mainly on work-life transformation in the Caribbean, and so my insights and ideas will be based on our work, how we can cultivate our best selves to do our best work, and how we can lead effectively with a vision of thriving in the Caribbean.
